Sous Chef
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned pub in Cobham. As Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef to support the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring the highest standards are consistently maintained.

The Place
Our client is a friendly, independently owned and individually styled dining pub. Casual enough to be comfortable, smart enough to feel special, serving delicious freshly prepared food all day. The pub has a bar and restaurant, as well as a heated barn and terrace.
The Person
The ideal Sous Chef will have the following:
Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen at Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous level
Confidence to support running the kitchen and leading a team
High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and organisation
A true passion for food, with enthusiasm and willingness to learn
A thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen
Be local to the area, Cobham, or have your own transport
