About the Role We are currently recruiting an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP), Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP), or Paramedic Practitioner to join a well-established and progressive primary care service located on the outskirts of Bradford. This is a flexible, modern role offering a blend of face-to-face clinical work and remote working (WFH options available), supporting high-quality urgent and same-day care delivery across a diverse patient population. You will be part of a highly skilled multidisciplinary team including GPs, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health professionals. Key Responsibilities Independently assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic presentations Run same-day urgent care and minor illness clinics Prescribe autonomously (where qualified) under relevant legislation Manage referrals, investigations, and treatment plans appropriately Provide clinical support and decision-making within primary care pathways Participate in triage (telephone, digital, and face-to-face as required) Contribute to service development and improved patient flow Maintain accurate clinical documentation using EMIS/SystmOne About You We are looking for a confident autonomous clinician who can thrive in a fast-paced but well-supported environment.
