2. Supporting with clinical duties, including observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and accurate record keeping
3. Driving and managing a team of Care Assistants, including responsible for all shift handovers
4. Helping with training and supervision of new staff members
5. Building relationships with residents, their families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses
6. Assisting residents with personal care duties
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
* You'll have completed / working towards an NVQ3 in care. We're happy to support your qualification process.
* Motivated, positive, with great interpersonal skills, enjoying working in a close-knit team.
