Position Summary
Are you ready to make an impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment? As a PLM Technologist at GSK, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our manufacturing and packaging processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and improve product capability, drive technical projects, and support compliance activities. We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with Product Owners to monitor product quality trends and escalate issues as needed.
- Author Product Performance Reviews (PPRs), managing schedules and performing data analysis.
- Lead requalification activities, including validation documentation and coordination with manufacturing teams.
- Define technical requirements for trials and campaigns, ensuring smooth execution with Logistics and Quality teams.
- Support audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing and packaging processes.
Qualifications/Skills
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with:
- A degree in a relevant field (Pharmacy, Chemistry, Engineering, or similar).
- Knowledge of oral dose forms and manufacturing/packaging processes.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with statistical tools.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
It’s a plus if you have:
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging operations.
- Knowledge of Product Lifecycle Management processes and validation requirements.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory standards.
- A continuous improvement mindset and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
