Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the UK Sales function. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead and develop a team of sales and presales professionals, helping to shape departmental strategy while ensuring commercial targets and service standards are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the UK Sales and Presales teams to deliver strong performance and customer service standards
* Drive sales growth, profitability and customer retention across multiple sales channels
* Monitor KPIs, analyse sales performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and key business partners
Requirements
* Proven experience managing sales, account management or customer service teams
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive revenue growth and profitability
* Excellent leadership, communication and relationship‑building skills
* Ability to analyse performance data, manage priorities and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
* Knowledge of tools, machinery or technical products.
* Experience using CRM or export platforms such as Global E
