We are seeking a dedicated and personable Hotel Assistant to join our dynamic team. The Hotel Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operations, assisting guests, and maintaining high standards of service across the hotel.
Responsibilities
* Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
* Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions to guests
* Handle guest enquiries via phone, email, or in person with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to proper phone etiquette
* Assist with room allocations, reservations, and special requests to ensure guest satisfaction
* Bar Work must be over 18 ideally with experience
* Working front of house in the restaurant, taking orders, serving and liasing with chef
* Housekeeping of reception areas, hotel rooms, lodges
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hotel or hospitality settings is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
* Be able to work on own and use initiative
* Organised, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team environment
* Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices is advantageous
* Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings may be beneficial

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
