This is a hands-on role working on bespoke, one-off components to extremely tight tolerances. The successful candidate will have strong programming, setting, and operating experience on Fanuc-controlled CNC lathes, with milling experience being advantageous. Key Responsibilities * Program, set, and operate CNC turning machines with Fanuc controls * Create and modify programs using OneCNC software * Manufacture bespoke, one-off precision components from engineering drawings * Work with tool steels and hardened steels * Produce components to tight tolerances ranging from 5–20 microns * Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies * Inspect finished components using precision measuring equipment * Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency * Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet specifications and deadlines Skills & Experience Required * Proven experience in precision engineering * Strong background as a CNC Turner,...
