Job Description: Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a busy office environment? We are currently seeking an Administrator to join our team at our Eurocentral office. This position will be central to the daily administrative operations and will involve a wide range of tasks to ensure the efficient functioning of the department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide general administrative support across the business.
* Maintain accurate records and ensure data is up to date.
* Handle communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
* Organise and manage files, documents, and office supplies.
* Support the planning and coordination of meetings and schedules.
* Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
* Perform routine office tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing.
* Contribute to the smooth operation of office systems and procedures.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support team and business needs.
* Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling information.

Required Experience:

* Previous experience of working in a transport or warehouse environment is advantageous.
* Strong communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal.
* Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
* Attention to detail.
* Solution-driven and flexible approach to work.
* Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
