This post presents a great opportunity to join a leading Housing Association with a clear desire to invest in its Factoring Service and take it to the next level. Your role will involve acting as the lead point for Factored Owners, providing a professional interface with customers and improving the standards we supply. Your duties will consist of: Acting as the Custodian of all services provided under our Factoring principles, including billing queries and customer engagement. Proactively building strong client relationships and ensuring we deliver great customer service. Meeting property owners both one to one and in group sessions to gauge all aspects of our service provision Excellent levels of complaints handling and resolution Tight control over financial and budget elements, including profit and loss levels being achieved by the service.
