What the Job Involves As a Social Worker in the Children Services Locality Team, you will be part of the Family Help team. Your role involves supporting children from assessment onwards, building meaningful relationships with families, and implementing ambitious interventions. You will focus on timely support to minimize the entry of children into local authority care. You will split your working time between home and various CBC offices, attending office locations as necessary to fulfill your duties, in line with the hybrid contract.
