(Malaysia Market exp mandatory) Possess excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills Proficient in managing a sales team, creating and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets Build and maintain strong relationship with key customers, resulting in increases loyalty and repeated business Acquiring new logos, developing pipeline, working with industry influencers to grow the business Driving C level conversations, demonstrating value, negotiating and closing deals Ability to identify emerging trends and customer needs and plan sales strategies accordingly
