Your Responsibilities:
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively
* Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
* Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
* Oversee freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts
* Deliver the best customer experience every time they visit your store
