Job Opportunity: Contract Administrator
We are seeking a diligent, professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team. The ideal candidate is resilient, detail-focused, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Role Overview
The Contract Administrator acts as a key link between stakeholders, ensuring accurate data delivery and communication, and that all planned works are distributed on time, meeting company and client standards.
The successful candidate will support our team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants, with proven administrative experience, preferably in housing, premises, or facilities management sectors.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan daily works for engineers, electricians, plumbers, apprentices, and communicate schedules accordingly.
* Ensure data accuracy and timely updates.
* Maintain up-to-date records via appropriate mediums.
* Coordinate with other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors.
* Handle phone communications with clients and tenants.
Required Attributes
* Self-motivated with a desire to develop within a successful company.
* Commitment to excellent customer service.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, IT systems, and databases, with strong organizational skills.
* Experience handling high call volumes is beneficial.
* Friendly, professional attitude to foster good relationships with engineers, tenants, and clients.
