Responsibilities
* Perform basic e-bike maintenance by identifying issues and performing small repairs on vehicles in the field, including brake and chain adjustments, tire inflation, and vehicle cleaning to ensure vehicles are in optimal working condition when needed.
* Use a bike and a phone to travel around London to repair bikes that are reported broken.
* Follow procedures when dealing with tasks.
* Diagnose, repair, and perform quality control (QC) on vehicles.
* Deploy vehicles to proper locations and mark broken vehicles for retrieval.
* Retrieve loose batteries found on the street.
* Interact with the public as needed and report decayed vehicles.
About You
* Experience in a similar industry preferred; bike mechanic experience is particularly desirable.
* Ability to lift up to 65 lbs / 35 kg on a frequent basis.
* Knowledge of mobile phone applications; iOS experience preferred.
* Ability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform quick and efficient repairs.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage daily tasks.
* Safety-oriented mindset with the ability to conduct rigorous quality checks.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with team members.

Shift and Pay
* Shifts are 8am–4pm. Various shift patterns are available after training; ALL patterns include weekends (5 days out of 7).
* Pay: £14.15 per hour, paid weekly.
