Your Role: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (Plant Projects)
* As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
* Lead and support a small electrical maintenance team
* Plan and manage both planned and reactive maintenance
* Deliver full lifecycle plant projects – from concept and design to installation and commissioning
* Work collaboratively across departments to ensure uptime and continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
* Apprentice trained and electrically qualified, ideally to HNC/HND level
* Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a heavy engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment
* Strong background in plant maintenance and electrical project work
* Excellent planning, leadership
* and communication skills
