Compensation: Up to £63,500 + Benefits

Join us as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and play a pivotal role in managing contracts, procurement, and commercial performance for this multi‑million‑pound project.
Responsibilities
* Manage NEC4 contracts, particularly post‑contract activities.
* Support procurement and supply chain management.
* Advise on budget control, risk and change management.
* Provide strategic reporting and forecasting to the client.
* Ensure commercial transparency and value for money.
Essential Experience
* Experience managing NEC contracts, ideally post‑contract phase.
* Previous quantity surveying experience within a regulated environment.
* Construction experience.
Qualifications
* A degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential.
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) security clearance for this role.
