Role: Commercial and Subcontract Senior Analyst
Summary of Role: Working under general direction, manages low value routine contracts and subcontracts. Supports Commercial/Subcontract Managers in managing high value/complex contracts and responding to requests for proposals.
Main Duties:
* Support to Subcontract Managers in preparing and assessing Requests for Proposal and negotiating agreements and changes
* Placement and maintenance of low value Purchase Orders
* Administration of standard due diligence activities
* Creation and maintenance of compliance matrices
* Management and measurement of supplier delivery performance
* Administration of acceptance and receipt of goods and services
* Record maintenance
* Attend customer, supplier, and internal reviews in support of Subcontract Manager
* Support to Commercial Managers in preparing responses to Requests for Proposal and negotiating agreements and changes
* Management of low value Contracts
* Administration of standard due diligence activities
* Creation and maintenance of compliance matrices
* Measurement of Contract performance
* Administration of delivery, acceptance, and invoicing of goods and services
* Record maintenance
* Attend customer and internal reviews in support of Contract Manager
Candidate Requirements:
* Good general office skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
* Ability to work in a team
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Flexible and positive attitude
* Experience in Contract Management and delivery/acceptance/invoicing processes
* Basic understanding of logistics
* Basic knowledge of standard agreement types
* Experience with MRP and purchase order placement/material receipt processes
* Basic understanding of supplier evaluation and selection
* Negotiation experience
* Financial management experience
* Basic knowledge of programme management, including risk management
