The responsibilities of the Marketing Executive include: The primary responsibility of this role is to manage and develop campaign activity to support the national marketing plan and seasonal campaigns. This role will proactively manage and execute effective integrated marketing campaigns that aim to drive trade and revenue for Hollywood Bowl Group’s brands Support the Marketing Campaign Manager in the implementation of the national marketing plan and retail calendar, supporting seasonal campaigns, tactical promotions, key trading dates and local centre initiatives. Manage seasonal campaigns end to end, preparing detailed plans and briefs working closely with inhouse teams and external agencies across creative, print, digital, PR and social to plan and deliver Proactive stakeholder management and ownership of internal communications of marketing campaigns and tactical promotions to ensure key stakeholders are informed of marketing activity Measure results and analyse effectiveness of activity. Create, develop and manage marketing assets, including writing copy for different audiences and channels, collateral creation, POS, video, digital assets. Support the launch of new initiatives either nationally or to local markets Manage branded stock items and print allocations to centres, ensuring items are cost-effective and available to centres in a timely manner, working closely with print agency to manage effectively. Be willing to travel to centres, with occasional overnight stays as needed. Demonstrate sound commercial awareness throughout marketing activities. Support centre & regional teams, administering requests from centres using marketing support systems and using marketing expertise. Give brand guidance support for the wider marketing team and business. Identify and champion opportunities to enhance customer experience across the full customer journey. Ensure timely, relevant and accurate content is maintained across channels for all customer groups, e.g. intranet, POS, eComms, in-centre screens and music. Keep accurate records of costs, invoices and ROI across all marketing activities you are involved in. Support the Canada marketing team with campaign best practice, looking for efficiencies in campaign planning and asset creation. To be successful, you'll have: Degree educated or equivalent marketing qualification or experience. Strong understanding and development of current marketing concepts and tactics. Multiple years previous experience in a similar role in a fast paced, commercially focused business. Excellent MS Office skills, including excellent proficiency of PowerPoint, Word and Excel. Experience in a varied marketing role with multiple physical locations Experience using content management systems. Full driving license and access to own vehicle.
