The Role
The Data Manager will oversee the school’s data systems and reporting processes while ensuring the accuracy, security and efficiency of all student information.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and maintaining the school’s Management Information System (MIS)
• Ensuring student data is accurate, up-to-date and securely stored
• Producing detailed reports and analysis to support senior leadership decision-making
• Supporting assessment data collection cycles and reporting processes
• Managing examination entries and performance data where required
• Analysing student progress and attainment data to identify trends
• Supporting staff with the use of school data systems
• Ensuring compliance with data protection and GDPR regulations
• Maintaining accurate attendance, behaviour and achievement records
• Providing technical support related to school data management systems
