What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the Applications teams
* Oversee delivery of technical support and training services
* Support the sales process with expert applications knowledge
* Manage Salesforce workflows, engineer utilisation, and budgets
* Drive process improvements and customer-focused innovation
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong leadership in a technical or metrology environment
* Excellent communication and team-building skills
* Salesforce knowledge and a strategic mindset
* Customer-centric approach with ability to work cross-functionally
* Willingness to travel occasionally (UK & International)
