We are seeking a talented Resourcer to join our team based in Scotland and play a key role in attracting top talent to our organization. As an In House Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR database Professional certification in HR or recruiting is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience of hiring field and office-based employees Industry experience is preferred but not essential
