Jayco Recruitment is proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of the North East’s most respected and well-established care providers for a Nursing Home Manager to lead one of their beautiful, purpose-built homes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and passionate Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career with a reputable and supportive organisation.
About the Role
As Home Manager, you’ll have full operational and clinical responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team of nurses and carers, promote a positive workplace culture, and ensure the home continues to deliver excellent outcomes in line with CQC and company standards.
Responsibilities:
* Lead, inspire, and manage your team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
* Maintain compliance with all CQC regulations and company quality standards.
* Oversee budgeting, occupancy, staffing, and financial performance.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
* Drive continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery.
Qualifications:
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC PIN.
* Previous experience as a Home Manager or strong Deputy Manager ready to step up.
* Excellent understanding of CQC requirements and clinical governance.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* A compassionate, professional, and proactive approach to care management.
Required Skills:
* Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with active NMC PIN.
