You'll be the kingpin between various departments as well as having hands-on contact with management at individual sites on a weekly basis. The Role – Brand Excellence Lead This is a senior role for someone experienced in shaping and embedding brand excellence across diverse sites whilst identifying opportunities to bolster perception, revenue and profitability. Acting as the lead for brand culture, standards and local activation, you will ensure each site delivers authentically on the brand promise. This role combines strategic brand guardianship with tangible commercial impact, linking standards execution directly to business performance. Key Responsibilities – Brand Excellence Lead * Balance brand consistency with local relevance, adapting to each site’s market and audience * Champion cultural integration and team engagement through tailored programmes * Lead customer experience initiatives that strengthen service delivery and brand reputation * Work with operations and commercial teams to ensure standards execution improves satisfaction, loyalty and revenue * Partner with local teams to ensure campaigns and activations remain true to brand while resonating with regional audiences * Analyse market trends, competitor activity and consumer insight to shape strategy and highlight opportunities for growth * Provide reporting and recommendations on brand performance at site level, linking execution with measurable business outcomes Your Background – Brand Excellence Lead * Significant experience in brand, standards or culture roles within a multi-site business such as hospitality, leisure, retail, healthcare or fitness * Proven track record of driving commercial results through brand and customer experience activity * Background in training, cultural engagement and influencing at leadership level * Hands-on experience in pre-openings, activations or brand integration projects * Strong commercial mindset with the ability to interpret data and adapt strategies * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple markets
