A genuinely manageable GP workload. A highly regarded GP Training Practice in the Helston area is seeking a Salaried GP for 4–6 sessions. This is a rare opportunity to join a well‑structured, supportive practice offering low patient numbers, protected CPD time and one of the smallest list sizes you’re likely to find for a full‑time GP.

Workload & Structure
* 4–6 sessions available with flexibility on days
* Just 12 patients per session with extensive admin time
* Flexible start and finish times
* One triage session per week overseeing an ANP-led triage team
* One light ‘Duty’ session per week focused on queries, second opinions and occasional overflow
* Minimal home visits with the vast majority completed by the Paramedic team
* Coffee break every morning
* Workload kept within BMA guidelines

Qualifications
