The Team
The Residential Property team is known for advising on a broad range of high-value and complex transactions. Work often includes:
* Prime and high-net-worth residential matters
* Complex financial arrangements
* Listed buildings and rural land transactions
* Time-sensitive and technically challenging deals
The Role
As an Associate, you will:
* Manage your own caseload of high-value residential property transactions
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Contribute to the continued growth and success of the team
* Support and engage in business development and networking initiatives
* Play a key role in maintaining the team’s reputation for excellence
This role offers a clear pathway for progression, with structured support towards Senior Associate level.
