Overview

Our national client based in South Leeds are looking for x3 candidates to join their team on a temporary basis. If you are an excellent Administrator with Customer Service skills please apply today.

This is starting on 13 October to 20 December

£12.21ph

This is a Hybrid role after training (training is two weeks fully office based then Hybrid)


Shifts

* Shift One: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10.00 - 19.00 (8.25 hours per day); Saturday 08.00 - 14.00 (6.00 hours); Total Hours 39.00
* Shift Two: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10.00 - 19.00 (8.25 hours per day); Saturday 08.00 - 14.00 (6.00 hours); Total Hours 39.00
* Shift Three: Monday to Friday 08.30 - 12.30 (4 hours per day); Total Hours 20.00


Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support relevant to contracts and databases: contract maintenance; maintenance of the database, with daily analysis; liaise with the Management Team regarding daily support activities; liaise with internal and external support services to resolve daily issues affecting customers; escalate issues in a timely and effective manner; proactively support the business to customer delivery service; provide enquiry resolution support to internal and external parties within targeted service levels; distribution of daily activity reports to external service providers.


All About You / Qualifications

* Excellent PC skills, including MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
* Highly numerate and commercially-minded - used to working in a fast paced environment with attention to accuracy and detail at all times
* Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure to time critical deadlines
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
* Customer focused, with a proactive and innovative approach
