💼 The Role:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Plumbing Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and assessment across a range of plumbing qualifications (Level 1-3). You'll work with a dynamic team committed to developing students' technical skills and preparing them for successful careers in the industry.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and practical lessons in plumbing theory and application
Support and assess learners through their qualifications and apprenticeships
Develop course materials and contribute to curriculum development
Ensure health and safety compliance within workshops
Provide ongoing support and mentoring to students
✅ What We're Looking For:
Recognised plumbing qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds)
Industry experience in domestic or commercial plumbing
Teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or willingness to work towards one)
Strong communication and organisational skills
A commitment to learner success and vocational excellence
🎓 Desirable:
Assessor qualification (TAQA or equivalent)
Experience in teaching or mentoring apprentices
💷 Salary & Benefits:
Salary: Up to £41,000 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
