Role purpose In order to support, promote and elevate the onefinestay brand as part of Accor’s luxury brands portfolio, the Head of B&M is an experienced, dynamic and innovative marketeer, leading our content & social media initiatives. Reporting to the Director of Brand & Marketing, this role is critical in shaping and elevating onefinestay’s brand presence globally. This role is responsible for leading and developing all operational marketing activities and key brand initiatives, communicating a clear and consistent brand narrative, and creating guest stays that sit at the forefront of luxury hospitality. The role blends creative vision with data-driven decision-making, has a proven track record in leading & inspiring teams, and excels in cross-functional collaboration to build stakeholder engagement. Duties and responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to, the following: Brand Leadership: Develop and execute cohesive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across all channels, including in-stay. Be responsible for consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual identity in all marketing materials and across all consumer touchpoints through the end-to-end journey. Continuously develop brand guidelines and platform to position onefinestay at the forefront of luxury rentals, staying on top of the latest travel, marketing, and luxury trends to keep the brand relevant. Own and lead the marketing team on the monthly Marketing & Communications plan, with responsibility for driving cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring forward-looking timelines for delivery, and high quality output. Input to brand partnership opportunities, ensuring an authentic brand fit and creative outcomes that feed marketing channels. Be up to date on competitor activities and strategies to keep onefinestay ahead of the competition. Content & Social Media: Deliver a content strategy that aligns with our brand goals, and lead on the creation and distribution of compelling, on-brand content across digital platforms, including website, Journal, social media, and email marketing. Oversee social media strategy and execution, driving engagement, follower growth, and community management. Identify new content opportunities and trends to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation. Manage agencies and freelancers where relevant. Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to measure campaign effectiveness, optimize performance, and inform strategic decisions. Regularly report on key metrics, identify concerns, and provide actionable recommendations to improve ROI and achieve business goals. A solid understanding of our target audience, using these demographics to feed strategic decisions. People & Project Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity and accountability. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with overall brand objectives. Collaborate with homeowner marketing and digital acquisition functions to support broader campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Concierge, Operations, Product) to align marketing efforts with broader business goals and ensure stakeholder engagement in brand & marketing initiatives. Qualifications & Experience A natural storyteller with a passion for brand building and an eye for compelling content. Proficient in marketing analytics tools, with a strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy. Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to manage own workload autonomously Clear and concise communicator, able to comfortably present to senior management. Experience in setting KPIs, tracking performance, and driving continuous improvement. Proven experience managing and inspiring diverse teams to deliver exceptional work. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and foster collaboration across departments and with external partners. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience in budget management - ability to estimate costs, help monitor the brand marketing budget, identify risks and opportunities. 6 years of experience in brand and marketing fields. Autonomous and independent - always bringing potential solutions instead of problems. A strong understanding of the luxury consumer - their expectations and needs. Background in luxury hospitality preferable. Potential to travel as needed.
