Your Role:
As a valued Registered Nurse, you will oversee clinical aspects of each shift, ensuring excellent communication with residents, staff, and families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respect the dignity, privacy, and cultural needs of all residents, staff, and visitors.
* Conduct thorough care assessments to meet the physical and psychological needs of residents.
* Foster positive relationships with GPs and the wider multidisciplinary team.
* Perform and record clinical observations daily according to digital personalized care plans.
* Keep Care Plans up-to-date and person-centered, collaborating with residents and their families.
* Ensure practice is evidence-based and person-centered.
* Manage and administer medications.
* Maintain CQC quality standards.
* Safeguard adults in our care.
