Salary: £51,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: Proven experience delivering HR or people data migration projects within large-scale system implementations. Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable platforms such as Oracle HCM or iTrent. Experience working with large, complex datasets and data migration tools. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong focus on data quality and accuracy. Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience operating within large transformation or change programmes. Responsibilities: Lead and deliver HR data migration activities in line with established migration strategies and governance frameworks. Extract, cleanse, transform, and validate HR/people data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and the people impact of data-related decisions. Identify, investigate, and resolve data quality issues and risks throughout the migration lifecycle. Support testing, reconciliation, and validation activities to ensure successful data deployment.
