Service Advisor Required in Epsom - trainee's welcome to apply!
Pay: £30k Basic + £40k Uncapped Commission
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday with 1 in 4 Saturdays on a rota paid at Overtime

1. Competitive basic salary of £30,000 per annum
2. Uncapped commission earning potential of approximately £40,000 OTE
3. 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, totalling 33 days
4. Working hours from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday

Duties
7. Managing customer relationships and providing excellent service advice
8. Preparing and selling service plans to maximise sales opportunities
9. Scheduling service appointments and liaising with workshop teams
10. Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up on service needs
11. Ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction throughout the process
12. Promoting additional products and services in a professional manner
Candidate spec
13. Experience as a Service Advisor is preferred but not essential for ambitious trainees
14. Confident and customer-focused with a motivated, fast-paced attitude
15. Strong communication and organisational skills
16. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
17. A proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple priorities
18. Professional appearance and positive attitude
