A day in the life of a Senior Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Romford:
16. Liaising with prospective tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
17. Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
18. Marketing properties to tenants utilizing various marketing skills
19. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
20. Assisting the teams to successfully achieve KPI’s
21. Providing support to your colleagues in your managers absence
