GCP Facilities, a well-established company operating within the Facilities Management industry, is looking for a Hard FM Business Development Manager with experience in selling Hard Facilities Support, PPM's and Refurbishment Projects based in Orpington, Kent on a full-time basis.
We want someone keen and a real people person who will leave a good impression on our clients. We would prefer super-friendly, bright, and enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of some sectors of the HARD FM industry.
We are moving away from Soft FM to concentrate on PPMs and HARD services, so any knowledge within these areas is great.
This role offers great earning potential with an OTE of £75k - £85k!
