As a Project Manager for Talent Acquisition, you'll be responsible for leading the Natural Work Team for each project, comprising of representation from all functions and departments required to deliver the change, including programme teams, technical and subject matter experts. The hiring manager for this vacancy is Simon Tyler End to end delivery of defined projects or specific project deliverables Producing the project plans, subsequently tracking and reporting progress to the governance forum Deliver to agreed timeline, and on budget, challenge and course correct the plan as required. Act as first point of escalation for everyone within the projects Identifying and manage all risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies within each project, escalating where appropriate Ensure project plans are aligned and dependencies managed to the broader programme plan. Adhere to planning and reporting standards set by the Programme. Call out capacity/resource issues as required and take corrective action Ensure milestones and key deliverables are realistic in line with key activities Oversee and take corrective action where milestones are at risk Identify and monitor key dependencies with other programmes Identify and manage the project critical path Identify At-Risk activities/deliverables and take corrective action Impact assess change requests Identify and manage key stakeholders Provide project status summary and reporting into the cross programme integration and programme boards.
