Finance Team Member (Spanish Speaker – Desirable)

Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and confident with Excel? We’re looking for a proactive Finance Team Member to join a dynamic shared service environment. This role involves supporting financial processes, resolving queries, and ensuring accurate reporting across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Review and interpret financial data to ensure accuracy in reporting
2. Process payments, adjustments, and maintain accurate account records
3. Investigate and resolve discrepancies by liaising with internal teams
4. Respond to queries from stakeholders in a clear and professional manner
5. Assist with reconciliations and monthly controls
6. Participate in system testing and continuous improvement initiatives
7. Support ad hoc projects as required
What We’re Looking For
8. Essential: Strong Excel skills and computer literacy Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Recent experience in customer service, ideally within finance or accounts payable
9. Desirable: Broad finance experience Spanish language skills (not essential but advantageous) Knowledge of financial systems
