Sales and Lettings Administrator

We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator covering the Aspire Balham and Clapham offices. Our employees are meticulous, highly professional and well-trained, with a thorough understanding of the property market in their local area. We have a track record of success in marketing at a national and international level, with over half of our business coming through referral and recommendations. Trusted for Generations, we have specialised in selling residential property in London and South of England for over 150 years.

About the role:

The successful Administrator will be responsible for:

1. The smooth running of all sales administration duties.
2. The preparation of correspondence, sales brochures, window cards, advertising copy, and accounts.
3. Ensuring the offices are appropriately stocked with stationary and brochures.
4. Conducting anti-money laundering checks on all buyers and sellers and making sure we comply with all the latest legislation.

Skills and experience:

The successful Administrator will have the following attributes:

5. Previous experience within an administrative setting.
6. Smartly presented and able to handle a public facing role, both face to face and over the telephone.
7. The ability to prioritise and manage a number of tasks simultaneously, to ensure nothing is missed, and all electronic files are kept in good order.
8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
9. Computer literate and a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite.
