Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver focused and engaging tuition in GCSE Maths, tailored to individual learning needs and curriculum goals.
2. Identify areas of difficulty and develop personalised lesson plans to address learning gaps.
3. Prepare students for exams with confidence- building strategies and revision support.
4. Adapt your teaching style to suit a range of learners, including those with mild SEN needs.
5. Track student progress and communicate effectively with parents/carers or the wider educational team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of experience teaching or tutoring Maths at GCSE level.
* Proven ability to break down complex topics in a way that is clear, practical, and engaging.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Must have, or be willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check.
* PGCE in Secondary Maths and/or QTS.
* Experience supporting learners with SEN.
