We are looking for kind, patient, and motivated individuals to join our team as SEN Teaching Assistants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys making a positive impact and wants to help young people thrive academically, emotionally, and personally.
What You'll Do
1. Provide 1:1 and small group support to learners with additional needs
2. Work closely with lecturers and tutors to make lessons inclusive and engaging
3. Support students with personal care and administer medication (when required)
4. Encourage independence and confidence through tailored support strategies
5. Help track and record each student's progress and achievements
What We're Looking For
6. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
7. Experience working with young people with learning disabilities or SEND
8. A caring, reliable, and flexible approach to work
9. A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them grow
10. Experience assisting with behavioural, medical, or personal care needs
