Your newpany Cornwall Housing manages over 10,000 homes with a clear focus on delivering safe,pliant, and high-quality services. This is a key leadership role, allowing the opportunity to shape and strengthen building safety across the organisation.
Your new role
You will lead on propertypliance, including fire, asbestos, radon and environmental safety You will manage specialist teams and influence an organisation-wide safety culture You will oversee a £6m budget and critical safety programmes You will work closely with senior leaders to drive strategic and operational delivery
What you'll need to succeedDemonstrate excellent experience in building safety orpliance within housing. Demonstrate expert knowledge of legislation, regulation, and risk management. Have a proven ability to lead teams and deliver high-performing services. Utilisemercial awareness with experience managing budgets and contracts. Have a relevant qualification and experience, ideally at CIH Level 4. Training and development support will be provided for you to achieve this qualification. Significant and relevant professional experience will be required.
