We're seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a successful and expanding Department, in a position that offers superb career advancement and working with some well-known UK brands and managing a varied caseload of interesting and good quality work.
You'll handle a wide range of complex employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious for your own clients, a mix of SMEs to global corporations, advising on everything from tribunal claims, grievances and disciplinary issues to settlement agreements, restrictive covenants, and day-to-day HR matters. You'll also assist businesses with contracts, handbooks, policies, and TUPE advice, bringing your expertise to both senior executives and employees alike.
