* Collaborate with lead consultants, matron, deputy assistant service manager, deputy general manager and general manager to manage clinic resources and address strategic issues; ensure appropriate clinical cover and maintain clinical standards.
* Work as an accredited Nurse Colposcopist autonomously in a nurse-led Colposcopy and smear clinic to assess, diagnose, treat, and review patients referred to Colposcopy clinic; escalate abnormal pathologies to the lead colposcopist.

* Assist with clinical lists or arrange cover with clinicians who have the appropriate expertise; contribute to development of initiatives and trust policies.
* Use clinical standards to monitor the quality of care, ensure nursing practice aligns with trust and CQC standards, and review the effectiveness of nursing care with actions as needed.
* Communicate effectively to patients and families to provide information, explanations, reassurance, and empower patients; uphold safeguarding for vulnerable adults and children according to trust policies.
* As an accredited Nurse Colposcopist, work autonomously in a nurse-led Colposcopy clinic, perform complex assessments and investigations, and manage a quality caseload in line with BSCCP/NHSCSP guidelines; be skilled in LLETZ procedures or be willing to train.
