We are proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading innovators driving a revolution in computing power. Based in Oxford, they are seeking a Lead Analog IC Architect to drive development of their new chip team.
As the Lead Analog IC Architect, you will:
* Define and own the architecture of analog building blocks, ensuring alignment with system-level requirements and long-term scalability
* Have hands-on design responsibility
* Collaborate closely with internal and US-based engineering teams to translate platform needs into analog IC implementations
* Lead and guide external design partners to ensure the consistent delivery and quality of analog components
* Provide architectural direction, balancing performance, power, and integration trade-offs across a range of analog and mixed-signal domains.
As the right candidate, you will bring:
* An extensive background in Analog IC design, with proven experience leading or architecting complex analog/SoC building blocks.
* Expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, with an understanding of system-level integration challenges.
* A strategic mindset – you think beyond immediate tasks to anticipate future challenges and scalability needs.
An excellent package is on offer, including a competitive basic salary, bonus plan and stock unit scheme.
If you’re looking to be part of something transformative — we’d love to hear from you.
