Responsibilities
* Handle a varied real estate caseload including leases, development matters, option agreements, overage and promotion agreements.
* Manage your own caseload and actively assist in growing and developing the team.
* Provide exceptional communication, attention to detail, and collaborate effectively within the team.
Qualifications
* Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years of PQE gained at another leading law firm.
