Strategic Partnership Lead
Location: Maidenhead/Remote (hybrid)
Duration: 6 months initial
Rate: circa £600-750 per day (negotiable)
SRG are collaborating with a leading global pharmaceutical organisation which is seeking a Strategic Partnership Lea d to drive innovative, high‑impact collaborations with the NHS. This role focuses on improving patient care, enhancing pathway efficiency, and shaping long-term system transformation through meaningful external partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead strategic collaborations within your therapeutic area, developing strong relationships with NHS and external stakeholders.
Identify system challenges and co‑create partnership opportunities that improve efficiency and patient outcomes.
Establish and manage a governance framework to ensure compliance, track delivery, and measure partnership impact.
Coordinate and influence cross-functional project teams to design, deliver, and scale replicable partnership models.
Provide expert insight on NHS policy, structures, and priorities to inform partnership strategy and internal decision making.
Skills & Experience
Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Strong understanding of the ABPI Code of Practice, including collaborative and joint working approaches.
Proven experience leading large-scale, long-term industry–NHS partnership projects .
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior NHS leaders and build trusted relationships.
Strong project leadership capabilities, operating effectively in matrix environments and driving cross-functional alignment.
