About the Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers to provide tailored support for pupils aged 4–11 with a range of special educational needs and behavioural challenges. These may include ADHD, ADD, ASD, CD, MLD, OCD, ODD, SEMH, speech and language difficulties, and other behavioural needs. Your role will be vital in creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment where every child can thrive.
