Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at T2I Global Design Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Facebook, and others. You will use design tools like Canva to create engaging visual content, develop content strategies, and drive audience interaction to enhance our brand visibility and support client campaigns. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a keen eye for design, strong communication skills, and a passion for social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Creation and Design:
Utilize apps such as Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools to design eye-catching graphics, images, videos, and posts tailored to each platform's audience and format.
* Social Media Posting and Scheduling:
Plan, schedule, and post content on platforms like Instagram, Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest, ensuring consistent branding and timely delivery using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
* Strategy Development:
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals, including audience targeting, content calendars, and campaign planning to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
* Audience Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and trends; respond promptly to interactions, foster community building, and collaborate with the team to address; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred.
