You'll play an integral role in managing your own workload, contributing to the delivery of complex planning submissions, and supporting senior colleagues with client advisory and business development activities. The Team: You'll be joining a Cardiff-based team of 17 planning professionals, part of the UK's largest planning consultancy with nearly 200 specialists nationwide. The team is client-focused and handles a healthy blend of local, regional, and national projects. Their collaborative working style spans multiple property sectors, including residential, commercial, energy, education, and regeneration. Notable ongoing projects include: Stōk Cae Ras stadium and academy development for Wrexham AFC Indurent Park development in Newport Twyn Hywel Energy Park planning discharge LDP-led land development for Bridgend College in Pencoed Major mixed-use regeneration in Cardiff Bay Carbon Capture & Storage project in North Wales The planning team works closely with in-house experts across Development, Commercial Investment, New Homes, Energy & Sustainability, and Property Management, offering a dynamic and integrated environment.
