As a
Sales Coordinator
based in
Chesterfield
you’ll be responsible for: Processing orders and quotes for customers
Being the first point of contact for customers both over the phone and via email, dealing with queries, including invoice queries
Following up with customers to see how their projects are going, ensuring items have been delivered and that there are no issues
General administration duties
This is a full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday between 8.00am – 5.00pm
And here’s what we’d like you to have: Strong communication skills both internally with the team and externally with customers
To be comfortable and confident picking up the phone a busy office and making calls to customers regularly
To be able to drive to the office, public transport links are limited
Administration experience is desirable
