An ambitious and highly regarded professional services firm is looking to appoint a Corporate Tax Senior Manager to join its growing advisory-led Corporate Tax team. This opportunity offers exposure to a broad range of complex UK and international tax matters, working with large multinational and fast-growing businesses across a variety of sectors. Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, acting as a trusted adviser on a range of tax matters
* Lead on complex UK and international corporate tax advisory projects, including structuring, transactions, and cross-border matters
* Provide commercially focused advice to clients on evolving tax legislation and business issues
* Support major corporate transactions, reorganisations, and international expansion projects
* Work closely with Partners and wider multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions
* Oversee the delivery of high-quality corporate tax compliance and review technical work prepared by junior team members
* Play a key role in project management, delegation, and mentoring within the team
* Contribute to business development activities, networking, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing client relationships
* Support and develop junior members of the team, helping to build technical capability and client management skills
Requirements
* ACA, CTA, Solicitor qualification or overseas equivalent
* Significant experience in UK corporate tax, with strong exposure to advisory-led work
* Experience working on complex corporate tax projects and transactions
* Strong technical knowledge across UK and international corporate tax matters
* Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience mentoring or managing junior team members
* Commercially minded with a proactive and collaborative approach
