Due to an increase in demand, Westwood Recruitment are seeking a Chef to work agency shift's in a prestigious hotel in Edinburgh for a 3 week period.
Shift Details:
Location: Edinburgh, EH1
Days: All Days of the week available (Monday - Sunday)
Pay Rates: £17 per hour
Hours: Ranges between 8 hour shifts & 10 hour shifts
Duties:
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring food safety and hygiene protocols are strictly upheld through implementing and maintain rigorous quality control procedures
Prepare a variety of Japanese recipes and oversee all aspects of the cooking process while ensuring consistent quality and adherence to established recipes and techniques
Maintain high food quality and presentation standards to meet customer expectations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to continuously create and refine the menu offering.
